I had visited the SAVANA site yesterday.

The main entrance work is in progress.
The shops work is also in progress.
Can see green belt is also developed near the shops.
Sector Road Between Savana & HUDA godown connecting Kheri Road is developed.

Dear ALL,

I spoke to manager at Savana site & he told me that the construction of Kheri-Jasna road has started which links kheri bridge to Savana. Can somebody confirm the same as I have not been to that area since April 2012.

Dear Punit,

Since you had a close look at the Savana site, can u pls tell me that u r confident that they would offer possession by January 2013 for some towers like, T3, T6 & T8 ??
In that case we need to plan the schooling of our kids in that area.

Dear Sanjeev,

I spoke someone their, according to him RPS may start giving possession for T5,T6,T8 towers from Dec-12 onwards in the phase-I. The lifts had been ordered. The installation of the lifts will start soon.
Wait for 2-3 months you can have the clear picture of the development, as RPS published on the website that they will offer possession Dec-12 onwards.

Dear Puneet,

Nice to know that you are optimistic about the possession. Like others I get negative about their dates as they have failed to live up to their previous committed dates thrice. Anyways, we should be positive & trust their verdicts now as otherwise we don't have any option left to us.

Pray to God that everything goes the way as expected now as it is getting too late & paying the rent as well as EMI has started taking the toll on my pockets.

received an add from savana in my mail offering possession in 2 years...

i also received this type ad for savana project that mentioned possession in 2 years. Can any confirmed me about this ad sending by RPS or other property dealer.

RPS has relaunched Savanna with two options - Delivery in 1 year and 2 years. New buyers can choose the scheme they want to go with i.e. pay within an year and get possession else pay in 2 years plan and get flat in 2 years time.

Hi,

I am not able find one year any where. Six months back it was one year & two year payment plan. Now it is again two year price list. May be this ad for seprate towers. so we need to check with them as prospective buyer that in which tower they are offering units. Till now there is no hope & sign of early possesion.
