Application Form for Seeking Information under RTI Act 2005

Please provide following information under Right to information (RTI) Act 2005 for project ‘Savana’ developed by RPS Infrastructure in Sector 88, Faridabad (Licenses 1029-1031 of 2006):
1. Please provide the status of License 1029-1031
2. If License has been renewed, please provide copy of renewed License
3. Please provide all supporting documents submitted by RPS Infrastructure to renew the said License
4. What are the outstanding External Development Charges (EDC) and Enhanced External Development Charges (EEDC) payable by RPS Infrastructure?
5. Copy of applications with supporting documents submitted by colonizer if any for getting Occupation Certificate of any Tower(s)/Unit(s).
6. Copy of Occupation Certificate(s) given by department to colonizer if any.
7. Copy of replies if any given to colonizer by department with respect to colonizer’s applications for occupation certificate
8. If Occupation Certificate has been issued, has Colonizer submitted any revised/changed master plan layout from the original master plan submitted in 2006? If Yes, please provide copy of revised layout of each Unit/Tower submitted.
9. Reasons for not issuing occupation certificate(s) to colonizer if any.
10. The notification No. HUDA-CCF-Acctt-I-2011/24224 dated 14.07.2011 confirming therein the revised rates of EDC in the entire Urban Estates of Haryana including Faridabad was duly challenged vide Writ Petition bearing No. CWP No. 5835 of 2013 before the Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh. The said Writ Petition was listed for hearing on 19th March 2013 and upon hearing the petitioner and the Government, the Hon’ble Court was pleased to stay the operation of the said notification till further date of hearing.
11. As the matter is sub-judice before the Punjab & Haryana High Court and stay ordered on Enhanced EDC, has the Director Town and Country Planning department issued any notification to Colonizers to stop collection of EEDC?
12. If yes, please provide a copy of the same
13. If No, please provide reasons for the same
14. Are colonizers allowed to collect EDC inspite of the High Court Order?
15. What are the DTCP guidelines/requirement to be fulfilled by colonizer before offering possession of unit to customer?
16. If colonizer offers Possession of Unit, can they deny possession if unit holder has not paid complete EEDC as demanded by Colonizer but has paid partial EEDC as per all calculation of consumer?
17. If no, what steps must a customer take to legally take possession of the unit from Colonizer.
If any of the information sought above does not pertain to you, kindly forward it, under intimation to me, to the respective department under section 6(3) of RTI Act 2005 within 5 days receipt of application CLEARLY MENTIONING PART or FULL Application, If PART then clearly mention the question ref No.
If any charges to be paid for photocopies/printouts kindly mentions the number of pages and amount and mode of payment. If any information is available on the department website, kindly mention the link in the answers.

As per undertaking dated 02.06.2013, you shall make the payment of Enhanced EDC as and when demanded by the department "after" the final verdict in CWP No. 5835 of 2013 pending before tire Hon'ble High Court Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh.

As per best of my knowledge they have not issued even a single possesion letter till date.Whenever we call them they tell us that in coming week you will definately get it.
