Flat booked in Interest Subvention Scheme - RPS Savana

Hello all,

I booked a flat in T5 tower. I booked this flat in Interest subvention scheme. According to this scheme, interest (If loan taken) is given by builder to the flat owner. I need some information from any of our members in this group who have booked the flat in this scheme. Please reply if any of you have booked flat in this scheme.

Hello all,
I booked a flat in T5 tower (Savana) in July 2008. I booked this flat in Interest subvention scheme that time. According to the scheme, Bank interest is given by builder to the flat owner for 2 year or till possession whatever is earlier.
I paid almost 20% to 25% more of the market price that time in this scheme. Now I understand that 2 years are already over and there is no sign of possession. Even if I get the possession, I can't live there because of infrastructure by the grace of our prestigious HUDA.
