Hi all,
Today I have received a revised EDC demand notice from builder (RPS).
In the revised letter EDC is calculated @ Rs. 121.30 per sq. ft. while earlier it was @ Rs. 131.00 per sq. ft.

I think that RPS is going on the fraud company track. RPS quickly comes in the list of Fraud Company, if it is not starting works on fast track all investor is feeling like cheater. Only God can save RPS. Need all members take seriously about completion of project? RPS is not serious about this project, he always given new date of possession; these are show the RPS work progress & seriousness. RPS management is deaf, needs all member produce pressure seriously on RPS management otherwise RPS not given possession early.
