1. What will be the scope of this group (since multiple groups are existing already) - The intention is to bring all Savana members in one group so that communication and coordination is better.


2. What would be the alignment with RWA (only RWA will be authorized to take care of the internal issues once it comes to court and legality) - Once we have all members in a group, RWA can be formed within the members of the group. This group is not supposed to be a separate entity, but help members get together and take collective action.


3. The cost which you refer is per head or what and if the per head cost is 5000 RS X 2500 flat owners for RPS as a big forum. For T5 & T8 itself its 240 members approx. - Cost is only indicative. But if we are thinking of taking any legal recourse, cost will be high. Cost is mentioned only to set expectations to prospective members.


4. What are we going to do and who are the nominated leaders, (since jayanta is out of town and he is helping us to join together in the platform) need some body to own this. - Once we have members in this group, they can meet and decide.

5. Are people ready to spend this kind of money

6. What this money would be used for? - See my answer#3.

Jayantha : Please create the group and activate the group. Also let us plan the a meeting of those people who are available in Faridabad/DEL-NCR region in the coming weekend or so accordingly to the availability so that we can see each other and nominate/select couple of nominated people to act further.

Please populate the group according to the information available to you and who all are registered members.

All possession expected tower members are mandatory to attend the meeting to take this up further.

Hi Jayant and all other savans,
I think now we have reached to a correct direction. Hope, this group shall be in a good shape within 3-4 days. Thanks to Jayant, Martin, all others concluding and taking initiative to form only one group so that all savana members are under one umbrella. Regarding deciding member fee, we may share views of each other considering that members other than T-8 and T-5 are also attracted to register and contribute as soon as possible because goals of the group are same as of each member.

Dont you feel that we all need assistance of each other to fight with illegal demands of the builder?. In previous posts, we all interested persons to help each other have already decided to make "Savana owners exclusive group" and this group has already been formed. Since you are located at Delhi, you may be of great help and therefore I suggest to post your feelings and explore suitable resposibilty of your own choice under the link "Savana owners exclusive group" to help each other as a group activity, but with some individual's sacrifices.
