Meeting with RPS Group for Savana project update

Hi All RPS Savana allottees,

Its high time we meet RPS office to understand the possession schedules-- tower wise.

How many of you are willing to join next Saturday (13th May) to meet at RPS office in Jasola at 11 am?

There will not be any formal appointment but we just need to go there in numbers and try meeting the management.

We have already wasted almost 10% of our total life waiting for this house. Lets not keep waiting endlessly.

A small correction -- Saturday, 12th May, 11 am.

They say they are closed on Saturdays but its not so. I know that they are accepting EDC increase cheques and affecting transfers on Saturdays(all the activities where customers visiting them bring money).

Since 2nd Saturday will be off for many of us, I have kept it as 2nd Saturday. On working days, numbers drop.

In case you guys feel so, we can keep it any other day too. I am willing to join. Please suggest. Lets finalise the date within next two days i.e. by Wednesday evening.

Why not go to consumer court or even civil court for that matter ,any way RPS is adamant,and fearless,they are starting new project just in front of Savana and not concerned about completing the savana project hence i dont understand why u r holding still to RPS, or why u people are still discussing to do something drastic against this Cheater.This should have happened long back, or may be it was not your hard earned money, thats why you are so cool.

2006 and now 2012 and it will continue like this forever and till u allow it to go on.

I am also willing to join the meeting and take things to the next level or we will have to keep waiting forever.

We should

1. Send an email to RPS intimating them about the meeting and to be present on 12th May for discussions with Investors.

2. Spread the message across maximum members

3. Be prepared for applying strong pressure

RPS might refuse to meet or discuss with large number of investors, from previous experiences and they only have Mr. Rajesh Jain who seems to be one-man-show running the entire operations. Rest of board members seems to be illiterate farmers in pajamas who travel in Mercedes, fuelled by our money.
Are we willing to walk to the Sarita Vihar police station and lodge an FIR against RPS Group for cheating? Only if we take extreme steps, can we expect some action, smooth talking will lead no-where. Trying to be goody-goody with Rajesh Jain will be no good, he will just offer the same rotten carrot that he has been offering us since the last 5 years.

If yes, someone please take the responsibility of sending the email and then we will start the mass mobilization.

I think you are right !

let us make an Agenda for the meeting asking detailed specific question and their specific answers with dates and time period which will be treated as MInutes of meetings and then follow up meetings can be done making this as a foundation.

Its high time we should see the managment face now who are really making decisions.

Regarding police complaint, consumer court -- Few of us have already reached everywhere -- EOW, Police stations, consumer courts etc etc. I also believe this is the most effective way to speed up things.
