New Construction next to RPS Savana Gate

Noticed some new shopping complex sorta of building next to Savana main gate. Does anyone know anything about it? Is it being built by RPS ?

It is an upcoming mall by KST infrastructure. It is not built by RPS or Piyush. Please see

But i was told that it is a staff housing society being built up by some business house
