RPS Savana -- Change in layout by the builder

Postby vineet » Thu Dec 02, 2010 11:45 am

Hi All,

We have been discussing about change in lay out in the brochures.

I have got the recent price list of RPS Savana (the 4 pages pamphlet about prices and payment plans). It has 2 major changes as compared to the price list what I have got in 2007:

1. Builder is now also selling' ground floor flats with personal lawns. In 2007 brochure it was not there so I believe slit parking is being changed to few more flats now and this could be another reason of converting green areas into additional parking space.

2. Brochure talks about ECC and FFC charges on actual pro-rata basis at the time of possession. Any idea about these charges?

Hi,

FFC is Fire Fighting Charges. This was told to me as well that it will be charged on actual cost.
ECC is Excess Construction Charges. This is the first time I am hearing about it. This could be that the cost of construction has increased and builder will charge from us. I am not sure what this exactly means.
