Requirement for collective proofs

As many of you are aware we had submitted a formal complaint with Economic Offenses Wing on 22nd Novemeber 2010, and on same date a complaint was registered with DTCP office.

In order to highlight our issue as a mass issue, we would be required to showcase collective proofs, to pressurize agencies to take the matter more seriously.

Those of you who would be willing to share your copy of agreement and proof of payment (Ledger statement), can either send these via email or can send a copy via courior/registered post by mid next week.

For precautionary measure, Would advise people to add in a cover note authorizing representatives of <yFaridabad association to use these papers, You may also add in a note specifying these papers can only be used for highlighting deficiency in service by the builder (due to delay in possessions and change in the layout plans without notifying end users ) and these documents should not be used for any other purpose.
