When will RPS hand over possession

Hi,

As per my sale agreement it has already been more than 36 months since i booked flat in BB-4. What should someone do in such cases. When you are expecting possesion.

Better check up with RPS...... there is a clause which RPS is claiming the date sld be count from the day building plan approved which is October 2007........... so for them 3 years complete on Oct 2010
