I think its a good idea. You can contact 'http://www.aravalihills.com/' for any further enquirey. This broker is the best . He also helped me to book my home in Savana Apts.

You better go for projects which are completed or nearing completion......... rather putting your money in projects which are yet to start.

what i believe is, one can get GF easily in RPS Palms(if it is available), by any of the authorized dealer, who are sitting on the RPS entry...as the rates are diff for diff sizes and diff floors......one should look at a good dealer, and that dealer should also be offering a good discount.
I find that arravlihills is not able to give a decent discount.

I have booked one GF in RPS palms(but it is south facing) a week back

and if you talk of putting your money in the projects, which are on the verge of completion, or are in full swing, than u have to pay a good amount initially, and for Projects, which have to kick start from scratch, you have to loose your pocket in steps. Its upon the requirement of the buyer, what he prefers.

and reg project RPS palms, I believe it is the best projects in greater faridabad

RPS Palms...is a better investment compared to others if you are planning to invest from your own finances, otherwise you must consider other options too.......

Expected Scenario in 5 yrs here could be:
1) All G+2 will have more net worth then flats (1.5 Times more than flats)
2) If you are looking for Rental / Re Sale after 5 yrs...Flats will give more psf & easier for re-sale
