FFC & Other charges at Possession?

Hi

I am planning to purchase a 270 Sq Yard floor in resale. They are saying that possession for 1st row will be offered by 2014 end. I have heard that RPS has levied unreasonable additional charges at the time of possession for Savana and I just need to know, if the possibility of imposing FFC and incerased super area exist for RPS Palm as well?

I am already running tight budget and any additional charges at the time of possession will be big mess for me.

Can anybody help?
