RPS Palms construction status, possession, resale prices discussion

This is for every one update. I have filled case in State consumer court against RPS in Aug'17. 2nd hearing done on 13th Dec'17 against my demand of Possession with Delayed penalty against which builder earlier hold my possession and demanded to signed Under taking document which has multiple clause of not filling any case again them. I rejected the same and filled the case Case ID : CC/1195/2017 and court issued order in 2nd hearing (13th Dec'17) that They should give possession immediately without any such binding.

Court will continue hearing for Delayed penalty

Now I received official copy of court order which i send them for possession handover. Hope it will be good for all other waiting for their possession and rejecting unreasonable demand of undertaking document signoff
