RPS Palms Completion / Occupancy Certificate

Dear members, Does RPS have got the Completion / Occupancy certificate for Block D of RPS Palms? Can anyone share, if available? I understand that this document will be required while registering the property.

They have offered Possession to majority of owners till now, for D block as well and couple of them already registered the same

On what account they are asking for fine? RPS was supposed to pay delay penalty

Dear All,

Just to inform you. I have registered case in NCDRC against RPS infrastructure and first hearing scheduled for Tomorrow. For below given reason

1.Forcing me to sign Undertaking document which is completely against my right and no where part of builder buyer agreement

2. Holding my unit and not completing documentation (Registery / Convenience document) post collection of all dues

3. Not giving delayed Penalty and adjusting in final payment without proper information
