Fresh RTI reply from HUDA regarding development of Greater Faridabad

In fresh RTI reply, HUDA has accepted that no development works has been started by HUDA for sectors from 75 to 89. Even, estimations have not been done. HUDA is waiting for litigation free land to do any kind of work.

Hi all,

can any one quide, whether in case of resale present buyer is elegible for penalty clause (if the clause in builder buyer agreement is 36 months from the date of Builder Buyer Agreement). for more clarification we can take one example.

Originaly Booked Jan/Feb, 2007

First Builder Buyer Agreement Sep, 2010 (as the original buyer dont do agreement till sep10)

Purchased in resale Sep, 2010

Builder Buyer Agreement (by current purchaser) Sep, 2010
