RTI Filing

Hello

I have booked 3BHK Flats in Omaxe New Heights, Faridabad Sector-86. Its being a long time the project has not got the final approvals of the maps from HUDA. Also I have heard that Omaxe has not submitted the EDC/IDC amount to HUDA that is causing delays.

I like to file a RTI with DTCP to get the actual story going on and also pressurise the builder.

Please guide me for the necessary process, also others users views in this matter are most welcome,

EDC/IDC charges and maps are all approved from DTCP. HUDA does not have any role to play in this.
