Please find attached herewithe the copy of the letter written by SDM to DC after FAOA,GF requests for an Interim order to SUB REGISTRAR or Naib Tehsildaar.

The letter has been written on 20.12.2013.

Let us now plan to meet to DC for issuing the written order to Tehsildaar & Naib Tehsildaar.

Please suggest.

Once again, Excellent work ! Illegal Registries should stop. Registrar is bound to register only those properties who are having valid Occupation Certificates.

In this regard i would like to update that Representatives from Federation happenned to meet DC on 01.01.2014 and DC has assured the take PRO ACTIVE action immediately.

Also a letter in writing has been submitted to the office of DC on 03.01.2014 and demanded an immediate action( in writing) in this regard.

Simeltaneously a RTI Application has been submitted( on 03.01.2014) asking" ATR" by DC on a letter submitted on 03.01.2014. The RTI reply has been sought in "LARGER PUBLIC INTEREST".
