Appeal for 02-Mar-2014 Protest

Dear Residents / Prospective residents of Greater Faridabad,

As all of you have been deprived of your fundamental rights like proper Infrastructure, Safety & commissioning of appropriate Public Transport & DIGNITY (above all) despite the fact all of you have paid a hefty amount, in the form of EDC & IDC.

To display the REAL POWER of ever NEGLECTED Middle Class Indians , FAOA has planned a Peaceful Protest March as per the following schedule:

Date: 02.03.2014 (Sunday)
Time: 09.30 a.M.
Venue: Kheri Pul, Bye Pass Road, Faridabad.

The Peaceful Protest March will begin with Street Play duly displayed by a team trained by Sh Arvind Gaur ji & subsequently proceed peacefully to DC Residence to hand over the Memorandum.

Therefore FAOA requests all of you to spare some of your valuable time for rightfully possessing the BETTER, SAFE & Rightful Life.

The basic issues are as follows:

1. Timely completion of Master Roads, appropriate Sewerage, proper connectivity (to avoid traffic congestion), road side electrification etc.
2. Timely completion of Kheri Road along with appropriate road side electrification & drainage in order to avoid the deterioration of vehicles owned by the residents.
3. Deployment of appropriate POLICE PATROL for the internal safety of residents.
4. Appropriate plying of PUBLIC TRANSPORT for the residents within sector 75 to 89 in order to ease the commuting to Delhi, Gurgaon & other parts of country.
5. Stop immediately the irregularities committed by administration in collusion with the colonizers.
(The differential rate of Stamp duty imposed on different societies for executing registry/conveyance duty & the same is apparently effecting the residents in societies like OMAXE HEIGHTS, SUMMER PALMS, PRINCESS PARK, OZONE PARK, SOME TOWERS OF SRS RESIDENCY & ELITE FLOOR BUYERS IN Sector 75, PARK -81 & VIP FLOORS).
A) Stop ambiguously inflating the TOTAL SALES CONSIDERATION of the FLAT & registry charges by including charges like EDC, IDC & EEDC, CMC,FIRE FIGHTING,CAR PARKING levied by colonizers while buying the Stamp Papers.
B) Also refund excessively charged amount by Registrar as above u/s 47 of Stamp Duty Act.
