MAGNOLIA PROPBUILD PRIVATE LIMITED Vs. STATE OF HARYANA & ORS. filed by both the sides against the said order are pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

Adjourned sine die to await the decision in SLP (Civil) No.5459 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the parties shall be at liberty to seek listing of these cases as soon as the SLP is decided.
