HUDA announces Land Acquisition Rates for Sectors 76, 77 and 78, Faridabad

As expected, HUDA has also announced 70 lakhs per acre for land acquisition in Sectors 76, 77 and 78, Faridabad. This is good and clears the air. @pgarg, it also mentions how this amount is calculated (42 lakhs per acre + 30% extra market value). Though still politicians are provoking farmers and we have to keep exerting pressure on HUDA to fast track process and complete land acquisition.

If HUDA announces 42 lakhs per acre for Sectors 75 and 80 too, I think then issue will get resolved. Since then entire 15 sectors from 75 to 89 will be at par. Pressurize HUDA to fast track the process.

Only 10 farmers out of 500 have approached HUDA office. But, at least, there is a starting.

22 farmers out of 500 have applied for land acquisition and HUDA is optimistic !!!

At that speed, HUDA will take another 2 years to acquire land.

HUDA is fooling middle class honest people who dreamt of their homes in Faridabad.

Let us join protests on 1st March

First of all, 22 is better that 0.
Secondly, it signals that farmers kind of know that this there only option and 70 lakh is good rate.
And Most importantly, atleast IMO, first 100 will take the most time and that breaks the resistance and rest have to follow.
