Ozone, Omaxe, Era, BPTP etc. please submit your complaints to STP

Faridabad Deputy Commissioner (DC) Dr. Praveen Kumar has ordered an inquiry into builders malpractices and has directed Senior Town Planner (STP) Ms. Geeta Prakash for submitting reports to him. We submitted yesterday complaints for Piyush, RPS and SRS group. She has asked for complaints regarding all builders.

Requesting people from Ozone, Omaxe, Era, BPTP etc. to do the same.

Ms. Geeta Prakash sits in HUDA Complex. Sector 12, Faridabad

Please note:

1. Complaint should be accompained with supporting documents/proofs
2. STP or DC will NOT deal with clauses that are issues between buyer and builder like penalty, increase in super area etc.
3. They will deal with issues like selling common area for parking, shops, schools etc., handing over possession without approvals etc.
