Thank you All for success of GFWA Meet and Congratulations on start of development works. Also, GFWA has now matured and established a good relationship with HUDA. This is evident with HUDA inviting GFWA members for taking part in Chief Minister's inaguration of developmental works for Greater Faridabad (Sectors 75 to 89). GFWA reciprocated by all members in GFWA meeting going to CM function.Let us work jointly with HUDA to fast track developmental works in Greater Faridabad.

All developmental works by HUDA, administration are most welcome and should be reciprocated in an equal fashion.

Keep the ante up against builders now as administration seems keen on development..
With the amount of EDC and IDC a lot of things can be executed in the area.

This was first GFWA meeting that i have attended. I was again impressed with dedication of core committee and the facts that they disclosed in the meeting. Only limitation was time. Next GBM must be of atleast 4-5 hrs.
I had few points to make regarding enhanced EDC case in high court- Has govt. made any budget for development of GF from the money collected from us. If not they can not ask for enhanced EDC. As, india being a welfare state they can't make any profit from our EDC and IDC. This will be against constitution. This input was given to me by a senior lawyer. Other thing is that govt. is sitting on money collected from us with no visible development till some time back. They can't ask for interest on delayed payment of EDC/IDC. This is against law of natural justice. Has this been done by a developar, we could easily take them to court. Why not to govt?
Legal team please take note of this for next hearing.
