Already a Case is going on in Hon.PHHC where the imposition of EEDC is being Chalanged ,

But regarding the EDC etc that has been already paid , i think a Audit report was done by the Haryana Government Auditor General few years back, But the reports of the Auditor were supressed by the Leadr of Corrupt party Hooda.

Is their any means we can ask for the audit report aand than file a case in Court for embezellement of the Public money by the Haryana Government in case of EDC etc.

Even the various affidavits submitted by HUDA,DGTCP etc to Hon.PHHC regarding EDC in case of ongoing case will be also helpful.

We are having an audit report but nothing significant in it. This audit report was for over charging of EDC by builders. This does not have accountability of EDC spent.Govt is fully exploiting middle class in collecting lakhs of rupees from each flat owner and even then not spending money on development. Instead their focus is illegal colonies and land grabbers

ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में आने वाले दिनों में डिवेलपमेंट वर्क पर ब्रेक लगने के आसार नजर आ रहे हैं। हूडा ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में पूरी जमीन पर कब्जा नहीं ले पाया है और कब्जे वाली जमीन पर चल रहे विकास कार्य अपने अंतिम चरण में आ पहुंच गए हैं। कब्जे वाली जमीन पर चल रहे विकास कार्य पूरे होने के बाद जब तक बची हुई जमीन पर कब्जा नहीं मिलेगा, तब तक ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में विकास रुके रहेंगे।

मास्टर रोड - ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में कुल 44.925 किलोमीटर लंबे मास्टर रोड का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। इसमें से कब्जे वाले कुल 38.985 किलोमीटर हिस्से में रोड बनाने का काम चल रहा है। इस काम के लिए हूडा ने मार्च महीने की डेडलाइन तय की हुई थी। लेकिन बारिश के कारण काम पूरा नहीं हो पाया है। आने वाले सप्ताह में इस हिस्से में रोड का काम पूरा हो जाएगा। उसके आगे जमीन पर कब्जा मिलने के बाद ही काम शुरू हो पाएगा।

सीवर लाइन - ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में हूडा को कुल 45.020 किलोमीटर हिस्से में सीवर लाइन डालनी है। लेकिन हूडा फिलहाल कब्जे वाली 38.495 किलोमीटर जमीन पर ही सीवर लाइन डालने का काम कर रहा है। इसमें से हूडा ने 35.316 किलोमीटर में सीवर लाइन डाल ली है। अब 3.189 किलोमीटर हिस्से में सीवर लाइन डालने का काम बचा हुआ है। इस काम को जून महीने के अंत तक पूरा किया जाना है।

स्ट्रीट लाइट व स्ट्रॉम वॉटर ड्रेन - हूडा ने मास्टर रोड के साथ स्ट्रीट लाइटें लगाने और स्ट्रॉम वॉटर ड्रेन बनाने का काम भी शुरू किया हुआ है। फिलहाल हूडा 39.63 किलोमीटर हिस्से में स्ट्रीट लाइटें लगा रहा है, जिसमें से 34.13 किलोमीटर हिस्से में लाइटें लगाई जा चुकी हैं। अब केवल साढ़े 5 किलोमीटर हिस्सा बना हुआ है। इसी तरह हूडा ने यहां पर लगभग 33 किलोमीटर लंबी स्ट्रॉम वॉटर ड्रेन बनाने का काम शुरू किया हुआ है, जिसमें से लगभग 25 किलोमीटर हिस्से में ड्रेन बनाई जा चुकी है। इन दोनों कामों के लिए भी जून महीने की डेडलाइन रखी गई है।

इन कामों के पूरा हो जाने के बाद ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में हूडा के पास काम करने के लिए जमीन ही नहीं बचेगी। उसके बाद अधिग्रहण की हुई जमीन पर कब्जा लेने के बाद ही विकास कार्य शुरू हो पाएंगे। हूडा एस्टेट ऑफिसर सतपाल सिंह का कहना है कि ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में बची हुई जमीन पर जल्द ही कब्जा लेने की प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाएगी, ताकि बची हुई जमीन पर भी विकास कार्य शुरू हो सके।

जागरण संवाददाता, फरीदाबाद : ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर-80,81 में निर्माणाधीन मास्टर रोड के साथ रातोंरात तकरीबन एक सौ झुग्गियां बस गई हैं। इन झुग्गियों को देख जहां आसपास ग्रुप हाउ¨सग सोसायटी विकसित कर रहे बिल्डर ग्रुप की सांसें अटक गई हैं वहीं निवेशक भी परेशान हो गए हैं। स्थानीय निवेशकों ने जिला उपायुक्त को शिकायत भेज इन झुग्गियों पर तुरंत प्रभाव से कार्रवाई की मांग की है। झुग्गी बसने का पहला मामला ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में इस तरह एक साथ सरकारी जमीन पर सौ झुग्गियां बसने का पहला मामला है। इससे पहले इस क्षेत्र के कामगार तो इक्का-दुक्का झुग्गी बनाकर रहते थे मगर वे काम खत्म होने के बाद उस स्थान से चले जाते थे। ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद रेजिडेंट वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन के पदाधिकारियों का तो यहां तक कहना है कि ग्रेफ में झुग्गियां बस गईं तो फिर यहां के हालात भी फरीदाबाद के पुराने हिस्से जैसे हो जाएंगे। इसके अलावा सुनसान क्षेत्रों में सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से भी स्थित संवेदनशील हो जाएगी।

-------------------- नहर के किनारे विकसित हो रहे सेक्टर-80 व 81 के बीच एकाएक बसी इन झुग्गियों को हटाने के लिए यदि समय रहते कार्रवाई नहीं हुई तो ये झुग्गियां प्रशासन को हटाना काफी मुश्किल हो जाएंगी। हमारी जानकारी में ये लोग बाइपास रोड से यहां बसे हैं। मैंने इस बाबत जिला उपायुक्त को लिखित शिकायत दी है। हमारी मांग है कि इस क्षेत्र से झुग्गियां तुरंत प्रभाव से हटाई जाएं। -आशीष गुप्ता, निवासी, ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद। -

5 जुलाई तक हटाएं अतिक्रमण नहीं तो चलेगा बुलडोजर
- हूडा ने जारी किया सार्वजनिक नोटिस

बाईपास रोड पर बने अवैध कब्जों को हटाने के लिए हूडा ने तैयारियां शुरू कर दी हैं। हूडा एस्टेट ऑफिसर रीगन कुमार ने बताया कि बाईपास रोड पर अवैध निर्माणों को खाली करने के लिए 5 जुलाई तक का समय दिया गया है। यदि इस दौरान यहां हुए अतिक्रमण को नहीं हटाया जाता है तो हूडा इस पर कार्यवाही करेगा। 5 जुलाई के बाद पुलिस की मौजूदगी में हूडा अतिक्रमण को हटाने के लिए बुलडोजर चलाएगा। हूडा ने इस बारे में नोटिस जारी कर के लोगों को अतिक्रमण हटाने के लिए कहा है। इस नोटिस में बाईपास रोड पर हूडा व सिंचाई विभाग की जमीन पर बने निर्माणों व कब्जों को हटाने के लिए कहा गया है। बाईपास रोड पर जगह - जगह अवैध निर्माण बने हुए हैं। यह अतिक्रमण बाईपास रोड के निर्माण में बाधक बन रहे थे। बाईपास रोड पर कई जगह ढाबे, छोटी दुकानें व झुग्गियां बन गई हैं। इनके कारण ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद को फरीदाबाद से जोड़ने वाले पुलों के रास्ते में बाधा हो रही है। हालांकि हूडा अवैध निर्माणों को हटाने के लिए समय - समय पर कार्रवाई करता रहता है, लेकिन लोग एक जगह कार्रवाई होने के बाद दूसरी जगह जाकर झुग्गी बना लेते हैं। ऐसे में हूडा ने यहां पर बड़े स्तर पर कार्रवाई करने की प्लानिंग की है।

शुरू हुआ पुलों की अप्रोच रोड बनाने का काम

ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद को फरीदाबाद से जोड़ने के लिए आगरा नहर पर बन रहे पुलों के लिए अप्रोच रोड बनाने का काम शुरू कर दिया गया है। हूडा ईएक्सईएन राजीव शर्मा ने बताया कि ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद और फरीदाबाद को जोड़ने वाले पुलों का काम लगभग पूरा हो गया है। अब उनकी अप्रोच रोड बनाने का काम किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने उम्मीद जताई है कि इस महीने के अंत तक अप्रोच रोड पूरी तरह से तैयार हो जाएगी।

फरीदाबाद को ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद से जोड़ने के लिए आगरा व गुड़गांव नहर पर चार पुल बनाने का काम किया जा रहा है। आगरा नहर पर यूपी सिंचाई विभाग और गुड़गांव नहर पर हरियाणा सिंचाई विभाग पुलों का निर्माण कर रहा है। सेक्टर 29 के पास बन रहे पुल और सेक्टर 17 - 18 की डिवाइडिंग रोड के सामने बन रहे पुल की अप्रोच रोड काफी हद तक पूरा हो चुका है। अब सेक्टर 14-17 की डिवाइडिंग रोड के सामने और सेक्टर 3-8 की डिवाइडिंग रोड के सामने आगरा नहर पर बन रहे पुलों की अप्रोच रोड बनाने का काम किया जा रहा है।

We get stuck up at Kheri Pul daily & even BPTP bridge is now a days also chocked at peak hours. Going from Nehar Par to Gurgaon or Delhi or Noida everyday is very tough. Also if any medical emergency or any other urgency comes, reaching main city quick & fast would be a big challenge. More people are moving to flats where possession is already given & many more would move in once pending possession is given. By when bridge already constructed opp Modern DPS is going to be operational. Its high time it is opened for public. Request appropriate Authorities to please expedite same. Thank you!

NEW DELHI: The construction work on the Rs 5,763-crore eastern peripheral expressway has begun as the government has set a deadline of 400 days to complete the project, which will help in decongesting the traffic in the national capital.

The commencement of work followed after Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari earlier this month set a deadline of 400 days to complete the project.

"We have commenced work on some of the six packages of the 135 km expressway. The land acquisition for the project under National Highway Act, 1956 is almost complete as 98.1 land for the project has been acquired," an NHAI official said.

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has even transferred Rs 1,530 crore for land compensation, the official said adding that of this 1,335 crore has already been distributed among the people whose land were acquired.

The project falls in Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.

Earlier this month Gadkari has said, "The government is committed to decongest Delhi. We have set an ambitious target. This is to complete the Eastern and Western Peripheral Expressway in 400 days."

Earlier the deadline for the project was set as two-and-a-half years.

The Prime Minister last month laid the foundation stone of three national highway projects - the Eastern Peripheral Highway, Western Peripheral Highway and 8 laning of the National Highway between Mukarba Chowk in Delhi and Panipat in Haryana.

The projects, having a combined length of 341 km will be build at an estimated cost of Rs 10,166 crore and will run through Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi.

The Eastern Peripheral Expressway will be 135 km long and cost Rs 5,763 crore while the 136 km Western Peripheral Expressway will cost Rs 2,274 crore. The 8 laning of the third project will cost Rs 2,129 crore
