New Circle rates in Neharpar

If anybody know latest circle rate in Neharpar area. While googling I found below link –




Do not know the authenticity but Per the link, circle rate in Neharpar area is 22000 / sq yard ( = 22000/9 = 2444.44 sq feet) w.e.f.: 19-5-2014.
I am not sure if above rates are applicable for flats or not.
Is there any official site where we can confirm the rate?

i came to know that Circle rates has been reduced drastically, is it true? if yes, please let me know the new rates. i have a flat in Piyush Heights Sector 89.

The collector rates for FY 2015-16 for Nehar Paar area( Licensed colony).

1. Plot----------INR 20,000.00/Sq yds.

2. Flat(GHS)----------INR 3700.00/Sq foot( All Floors & 4 Floor construction is GHS)

3. Independent Floors--------INR 3700.00/Sq foot( Ground Floor)
4. Independent Floors--------INR 3600.00/Sq foot( First Floor)
5. Independent Floors--------INR 3500.00/Sq foot( Second Floor)

The circle rate has been reduced to 3700 or 3800 per sq feet as compare to last year for the second buyer.

I have done registry of My flat at M tower in March 2015. Since I bought it on Resale , I paid stamp duty @Rs 4200/- per sq.feet.

this is exactly what I am trying to say that how to know what is actual vice rate and how we can challenge builder in case they are demanding for more than circle rate.

I may not have right answer for you , but whatever stamp duty on circle rate they have charged, it is mentioned in registry document ( electronic stamp duty receipt is attached). This will be first page of your conveyance deed,Your property value at current market rate will be mentioned in your conveyance deed. Since govt officer ( Tehsildar) is signing on this documents, I do not see any possibility of cheating.

April 2015 onwards Circle Rates for Greater Faridabad have been revised. Maximum Circle for Apartment has been reduced to Rs.3700.oo from Rs.4200.00. I was informed by someone that Govt. is deliberating further reduction of circle rate. Decision to this effect is expected by May 2015 end.

I am planning to complete registration process soon. Is it true? Kindly suggest if anyone is having any information or details.
