Dear All,

Please check & give comment on my builder specific complaints I have prepared aga SRS Real Estate Pvt Ltd. I have wrote 3 individual complains on separate letter including a cover letter for receiving from DTP & DC.

In the attachment, is PDF files of my complains (.doc will be provided when required by anyone), I have made 3 sets, One for DTP, One for Dc & another one is for records n receiving.

For receiving from DTP, the same can be submitted to Single Window Service at HUDA, Sec12 or can personally be submitted to PA of DTP. For receiving thru DC, go to room No. 105, 1st Floor and submit their.

DTP Mr. Sanjeev Mann contacted GFWA representative today to streamline process of submitting complaints as his office has received many complaints. After a joint discussuion, following consensus was reached:

1. Complaints should come ONLY on GFWA letterhead signed by GFWA representative.
2. Only one complaint on one paper is allowed supported with documentary proof. (that had been posted, but still people are making mistakes)
3. Common complaint for a particular residential project will be merged into one with the supportive references of buyers.
4. One copy of issue will be maintained by GFWA for the record
5. All future correspondence regarding the complaint will be done with GFWA as they will get the replies from DTP-FBD
6. One can handover the complaints to the following representatives either through post on forum, by hand or through speed post with all supportive documents within 2 days.

Right now i am out of station and returning to delhi on 4th of june. Is their any time limit to submit the complain. I am not very net savvy. How i can deposit my membership contribution to GFWA and can get the letter head to make the complain. Is their any other member cheated by DD group for Faridabad DD city.

I want to submit one complaint against RPS. The attachments are ready. Should I need to send my complaint to your individual mail id in word form so as to enable you to transfer it on GFWA letter head, PDF it and then send back to me for further submission to DTP and DC ? Or there is any other procedure to be followed. Please let me know.

Referring to today's newspaper wherein the news is that the DTP Mr Sanjeev Maan has been transfered to Mewat District and one Mr Chauhan from Mewat has taken over the Faridabad DTP Post.Will it impact our submission of complaints as the new DTP may show his ignorance on the earlier developments.

Transfer of Shri Sanjeev Mann should NOT impact submission of complaints. Our complaints are being submitted on orders of Deputy Commissioner, Dr. Praveen Kumar on basis on 20th May Meeting with GFWA. Please start your complaint with:

"This is with reference to our meeting with Dr.Praveen Kumar, DC, Faridabad at Mini Secretariat on 20th May 2011 and subsequent directions by your office to submit the builder specific grievances through GFWA"

Also, when submitting complaints, please do NOT mention name of DTP.
