There have been discussions on-going internally about initiating a protest, and in this regard discussions were organized between GFWA representatives, Piyush Heights, FAOA on 12th and 19th Jan, We are yet to arrive at conclusion on protest, as any of the protest can only be successful if there is maximum public participation.

Beside protest, we are also working on other avenues to re-energize people in parallel, and any suggestions or volunteer interest in that direction would be welcome. Details can be mailed to wc@gfwa.in

I would probably feel priorities here as
- Delay in offering possession by builders. My Builder, Omaxe here (Project being Omaxe Spa Village) has collected 97% of amount approx 1 year back, including enhanced EDC charges. We do not hear anything from builder on possession. Probably he is enjoying our funds and we are paying interest charges.
- Internal roads connecting different sectors. Looks like limited progress here
- Master Roads. Limited progress.

Great idea to have a protest. Let us know dates to increase participation

हूडा अधिकारियों ने किया पुलों के निर्माण कार्य का निरीक्षण

हूडा अधिकारियों ने मंगलवार को आगरा नहर पर बन रहे चारों पुलों के निर्माण कार्यों और आगरा नहर के साथ बन रहे रोड के निर्माण कार्य का निरीक्षण किया। अधिकारियों का कहना है कि जून-जुलाई के अंत तक आगरा नहर पर चारों पुलों का निर्माण कार्य पूरा कर लिया जाएगा। इसके अलावा रोड का निर्माण कार्य भी मई के अंत तक पूरा कर लिया जाएगा।
गौरतलब है कि ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद से फरीदाबाद को कनेक्ट करने के लिए आगरा और गुड़गांव नहर पर चार पुलों का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। इसके अलावा कालिंदी कुंज से बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी के लिए आगरा नहर के साथ वाले रोड को भी चौड़ा करने का काम किया जा रहा है। आगरा नहर पर पुल बनाने और रोड को चौड़ा करने का काम यूपी सिंचाई विभाग की ओर से किया जा रहा है। पुलों और सड़क के निर्माण कार्य का जायजा लेने के लिए मंगलवार को हूडा अधिकारियों ने साइटों का दौरा किया। इस दौरान वहां काम कर रही कंपनी के अधिकारियों को जरूरी दिशा-निर्देश भी दिए गए।
हूडा ईएक्सईएन राजीव शर्मा ने बताया कि यूपी सिंचाई विभाग तेजी से पुलों के निर्माण करने और रोड को चौड़ा करने का काम कर रहा है। मंगलवार को साइट पर जाकर निर्माण कार्यों का जायजा लिया गया। जून या जुलाई के अंत तक चारों पुलों का निर्माण कार्य यूपी सिंचाई विभाग की ओर से पूरा कर लिया जाएगा। इसके अलावा नहर के साथ बन रही सड़क को चौड़ा करने का काम भी मई महीने के अंत तक पूरा कर लिया जाएगा।

Work on Agra canal is progressing in very fast pace. While on Gurgaon Canal it is comparatively very slow.
(Work is in progress at Gurgaon Canal Bridges also on all intreaction points)

Quality wise also UP irrigation team is doing good work compared to Haryana irrigation dept.

On Sunday, I visited and seen the work progress. UP irrigation team deployed 03 JE on one Site and very good team work.

Also, Progress on Road connecting to Kalandi Kunj is moving in good speed and I also had discussion with their Engineer.

He said before start of rainy season they will complete road work. Also, they are in touch with Delhi Govt for remaining road which falls under Delhi area ( about 6KM).

Everybody is speaking about work on Agra Canal and nobody is talking about Gurgaon Canal. What is the matter ? Today I have seen there is no activity on Gurgaon Canal on intersection of sector 17-18 to 86-87 Neharpar. How the work will be completed in June-July. Perhaps Irrigation/HUDA staff of Haryana had forget to tell the June-July of 2015 or 2016. They are giving you "mithi goli" enjoy it.

I had discussion with Haryana Irrigation team also and they confirmed that work is already being started on Gurgaon Canal Bridges.

Even I have seen from the front side that some initial work already started. yes, work progress is not much comapred to UP irrigation team works.

During my discussion they confirmed that they will complete the work by Sept'14 (but I really doubt on that).

Looking into current progress, work is most likely to be completed by Dec'14 not before that.

Also, HUDA had sent request for shifting Slum area under Aashina Scheme on the way to bridges over Gurgaon Canal at Sec 87 Outer periphery and Sec86-87 dividing.

Moreover, I''m sending one summarized letter on progress of the Sec 75 to 89 to CM office by tomorrow (and this point is also covered under the same).

अगले महीने के आखिर तक गुड़गांव नहर पर दो नए पुलों का निर्माण पूरा हो जाएगा। सिंचाई विभाग की ओर से सेक्टर-55 और 56 को जोड़ने के लिए बनाए जा रहे पुल और ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद को फरीदाबाद से जोड़ने के लिए सेक्टर 3 और 8 की डिवाइडिंग रोड के पास बनाए जा रहे पुल का निर्माण तेजी से किया जा रहा है। अधिकारियों का कहना है कि दोनों पुलों का काम अंतिम चरण में है और इनका काम पूरा करने के लिए 31 मार्च की डेडलाइन तय की गई है।
हरियाणा सिंचाई विभाग इस समय गुड़गांव नहर पर पांच पुलों का निर्माण कर रहा है। इसमें से 4 पुल ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद को फरीदाबाद से जोड़ने के लिए बनाए जा रहे हैं और एक पुल सेक्टर 55 और 56 को जोड़ने के लिए बनाया जा रहा है। इन पांचों पुलों में से दो पुलों का निर्माण कार्य अंतिम चरण में हैं। सेक्टर 55 और 56 को जोड़ने वाले पुल का निर्माण करीब साढ़े 4 करोड़ रुपये की लगात हो रहा है। यह फोर लेन पुल है। पुल का निर्माण सीएम की घोषणा के तहत हो रहा है। पुल के लिए सभी गार्डर रखे जा चुके हैं और स्लैब डालने का काम भी अंतिम चरण में है। जिसके बाद केवल अप्रोच रोड बनाने का काम ही शेष रहा जाएगा। इस काम को भी अगले महीने के अंत तक पूरा करने की बात अधिकारी कर रहे हैं। ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद को फरीदाबाद से जोड़ने के लिए सेक्टर 3 और 8 की डिवाइडिंग रोड के पास बनने वाले पुल के लिए भी काम तेजी से हो रहा है। इस पुल के लिए गार्डर रखने और स्लैब डालने का काम पूरा हो चुका है। आने वाले एक दो दिन में बाईपास की तरफ रोड का अप्रोच रोड बनाने का काम शुरू कर दिया जाएगा। इस पुल का काम भी मार्च महीने के अंत तक पूरा करने का दावा सिंचाई विभाग के अधिकारी कर रहे हैं। सिंचाई विभाग के ईएक्सईएन संदीप तनेजा का कहना है कि इन दोनों पुलों का काम अंतिम चरण में है। स्लैब डाल दिए गए हैं और अब जल्द ही अप्रोच रोड भी बना दिए जाएंगे। सेक्टर 55 - 56 को जोड़ने वाले पुल के लिए और सेक्टर 3 - 8 की डिवाइडिंग रोड के पास बनने वाले पुल के लिए 31 मार्च की डेडलाइन तय की गई है।

Any idea when bridge work would start on these Canals on Sector 28-29 divider. I heard that HUDAalso plans to build the bridge on Sector 28-29 divider.

Work already begun on all proposed Bridges.
You can see the work just behind the slum area on Sec 28-29 interaction at By pass road.
Work Progress is little slow, but going on.

जुलाई तक तैयार होंगे गुड़गांव नहर पर बनने वाले सभी पुल

ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद को फरीदाबाद से जोड़ने के लिए आगरा और गुड़गांव नहर पर 4 पुल बनाए जा रहे हैं। सभी पुलों का निर्माण तेजी से चल रहा है। गुड़गांव नहर पर एक पुल का निर्माण कार्य लगभग पूरा हो गया है। अधिकारियों के अनुसार जुलाई महीने के अंत तक सभी पुलों का निर्माण कार्य पूरा कर लिया जाएगा।
आगरा नहर पर यूपी सिंचाई विभाग और गुड़गांव नहर पर हरियाणा सिंचाई विभाग पुलों का निर्माण कर रहा है। पुलों की निर्माण का भुगतान हूडा द्वारा किया जाना है। दोनों विभागों ने अपने-अपने हिस्से में तेजी से पुलों का निर्माण शुरू किया हुआ है। गुड़गांव नहर पर सेक्टर 3 और 8 की डिवाइडिंग रोड के पास बन रहे पुल का निर्माण कार्य अंतिम चरण में है, जो मार्च महीने के अंत तक पूरा हो जाएगा। इसके अलावा सेक्टर 14 - 17 की डिवाइडिंग रोड के पास बन रहे पुल, सेक्टर 17 - 18 की डिवाइडिंग रोड के पास बन रहे पुल और सेक्टर 29 के पास गुड़गांव नहर पर बन रहे पुल का काम तेजी से चल रहा है। हूडा सिंचाई विभाग के ईएक्सईएन संदीप तनेजा का कहना है कि जुलाई महीने के अंत तक गुड़गांव नहर पर बन रहे सभी पुलों का काम पूरा कर लिया जाएगा।

पूलों के फाउंडेशन का काम जल्द होगा पूरा

ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद को फरीदाबाद से जोड़ने के लिए आगरा नहर पर बनने वाले पुलों के लिए गार्डर बनाने का काम शुरू कर दिया गया है। वहीं दूसरी तरफ पुलों के फाउंडेशन के लिए कुएं बनाने का काम भी अंतिम चरण में है। फाउंडेशन का काम पूरा होने तक गार्डर तैयार कर लिए जाएंगे। फाउंडेशन तैयार होने के बाद गार्डर रखने और उसके ऊपर स्लैब डालने का काम शुरू कर दिया जाएगा।
फरीदाबाद और ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद को जोड़ने के लिए आगरा व गुड़गांव नहर पर 4 पुल बनाया जा रहा है। आगरा नहर पर यूपी सिंचाई विभाग और गुड़गांव नहर पर हरियाणा सिंचाई विभाग पुल बनाने का काम कर रहा है। आगरा नहर पर पुलों का निर्माण कार्य काफी तेजी से चल रहा है। प्रत्येक पुल के लिए 6 कुएं बनाए जा रहे हैं, जिन्हें फांडेशन के रुप में इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है। 4 - 4 कुएं बनाने का काम पहले ही पूरा किया जा चुका है। बाकी बचे 2 - 2 कुएं बनाने काम अंतिम चरण में चल रहा है। इसके साथ ही इन फाउंडेशनों के ऊपर रखने जाने वाले गार्डर तैयार करने का काम भी यूपी सिंचाई विभाग द्वारा शुरू कर दिया गया है। अधिकारियों का कहना है कि गार्डरों का ढांचा तैयार कर लिया गया है। जब तक फाउंडेशन तैयार होंगे, तब तक गार्डर भी पूरी तरह से तैयार हो जाएंगे। पुलों का काम कर रही कंपनी के अधिकारी यू. एस. मिश्रा का कहना है पुलों के लिए कुएं बनाने का काम अंतिम चरण में है। इसके साथ ही गार्डर बनाने का काम भी शुरू कर दिया गया है। हम लोग अगले महीने के अंत तक सभी 4 पुलों पर गार्डर रखकर स्लैब डालने का काम शुरू कर देंगे।


Looking by speed of Work on Agra Canal, it seems UP irrigation team will complete their work on time.

While Haryana irrigation team is moving at snail speed and not working in the direction as per set timelines

Unfortunately, Haryana Govt does not seem interested in development of its own areas. Whereas UP Govt. departments are doing development where benefit will be for Haryana. There will be no use of these bridges if UP irrigation department constructs bridges and Haryana Irrigation department don't construct. I believe GFWA should take up matter of snail paced development with HUDA and Haryana Govt.
