HUDA waives retrospective interest on enhanced EDC

Hi - I am from RPS Savana and I received a note from about few months back stating the refund (actually I did not received any thing it was mentioned that I have got some credit, so I assume that will be adjusted in my next demand from builder..) I got around 22000 in that credit.

Is there any other refund given by builders (specially RPS Savana?) and do I need to contact builder for further refund?

can some suggest, what is procedure to get the Refund, i got the possession in July-12 only at SRS Residency and @USA currently.Do we need to send any application for this to SRS, I have already paid enhanved EDC approx 2 lac earlier.

You should ask for the updated account statement from RPS which will reflect the credit if any given..

i tried chasing with RPS for my EDC refund. they said" since i hd taken loan from bank, they can prepare cheque in favor of my bank only, but my bank said they cann't accept third party cheque(Builder) only i can make the repayment to bank againt my loan. basically i was stuck between my bank and RPS policies. Atlast it was decided that RPS will adjust amount againt their next demand...... and god knws when it will happn...

I checked with SRS today. They are saying they are in process of dispatching the refund letter to all the allotees.
they will call also before sending the letters.
