PAL Infrastructure license gets canceled due to outstanding dues on EDC etc. and non appearance in personal hearing

PAL license has been canceled due to non payment of EDC etc. and non appearance in personal hearing at Chandigarh. Please note license is canceled on 2nd Jan, 2013.It is worth to mention that Piyush Group has also been called for personal hearing on 28th January at Chandigarh due to lapses related to license etc. (License is expired about 4 years back on March 2009). This hearing may decide whether Piyush license gets renewed.We had a discussion with STP and other officials of DGTCP some time back about cancellation of license. If license gets canceled, then builder may lose all rights and Govt. takes control of project. Please find attached PAL cancellation letter. Also note new DGTCP is now Mr. Anurag Rastogi
