Change of Land Use (CLU) Permissions Stayed by Hon'ble High Court in Haryana/NCR

All Change of Land Use (CLU) licenses have been stayed in NCR( Haryana) by Hon'ble High Court as these have not been approved by NCRPB and incessant issuance of Licenses are causing haphazard planning in the NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION.

Find attached the copy of order pronounced by Hon'ble high court.

From the PDF attached, It seem the stay is applicable for grant of fresh licences, change of land-use and further acquisitions till the Sub-Regional Plan is approved, and is not for existing licenses.
