BPTP Home Buyers including large number of ladies and children came on streets against builder on Sunday (21st September 14) to protest against providing possession without OC and other illegal practices and demands.

ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर-76 के लोगों ने भी बीपीटीपी बिल्डर के खिलाफ रविवार को प्रदर्शन किया। सेक्टर 76 बीपीटीपी पार्क फ्लोर टू रेजिडेंट्स वेलफेयर असोसिएशन के लोगों ने बिल्डर पर कई आरोप लगाए हैं। आरडब्ल्यूए के प्रधान आर पी उनियाल ने बताया कि बिल्डर को अभी तक सरकार की तरफ से कंप्लिशन सर्टिफिकेट नहीं मिला है, लेकिन फिर भी उसने गलत तरीके से यहां पर फ्लैट पर लोगों को कब्जा दे दिया है। उन्होंने बताया कि हम बिल्डर को बिजली सप्लाई के लिए पैसे दे चुके हैं, लेकिन फिर भी हमें जनरेटर से बिजली दी जा रही है और बिल्डर अपनी मनमर्जी के हिसाब से बिल हमारे पास भेज रहा है, जिससे बिजली बोर्ड के नियमों का उल्लघंन हो रहा है। बिल्डर हमसे 2.35 रुपये प्रति वर्ग गज के हिसाब से मेंटिनेंस चार्ज लेता है, लेकिन हमे सुविधाएं भी नहीं दी जा रही हैं। सोसायटी में बिल्डर ने सीसीटीवी कैमरे तो लगा दिए हैं, लेकिन वो बेढंगे तरीके से लगाए हैं, जिनका कोई फायदा नहीं है। सोसायटी में जो सीवर ट्रीमेंट प्लॉट बनाया हुआ है, वह भी ठीक नहीं है, जिससे लोगों को दिक्कतें होती है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि बिल्डर ने इस सोसायटी में बाउंसर रखे हुए हैं, अगर हम लोगों को अपनी बात कहने से रोकते हैं तो वह हमसे मारपीट करते हैं।

जागरण संवाददाता, फरीदाबाद : बिजली काटे जाने, आक्यूपेंसी सर्टिफिकेट न मिलने व कई अन्य मुद्दों को लेकर ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद स्थित सेक्टर-75 पार्क इलाइट फ्लोर व सेक्टर-76 स्थित पार्क फ्लोर-2 के सैकड़ों निवासियों का रविवार को गुस्सा फूट पड़ा। इन लोगों ने वीरपाल गुर्जर के नेतृत्व में बीपीटीपी पुल पर जाम लगा दिया। करीब दो घंटे बाद प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों के समझाने पर लोगों ने जाम खोला।

क्या था मामला

बीपीटीपी ने पार्क इलाइट फ्लोर क्यू ब्लाक की बिना नोटिस तथा कारण बताए बिजली की आपूर्ति बंद कर दी। लोगों का कहना है कि सेल डीड में बिल्डर ने लिखा है कि बिजली आपूर्ति के लिए अलग से सबस्टेशन बनवाएगा। ऐसा नहीं किया गया और अब बिजली काटी जा रही है। इसके अलावा लोगों से केबल के पैसे मांगे जा रहे हैं, जिन लोगों ने केबल का भुगतान नहीं किया है, उनकी बिजली आपूर्ति बंद की जा रही है। वहीं दूसरी ओर पार्क फ्लोर-2 निवासियों की शिकायत है कि बिल्डर ने अभी तक उन्हें आक्यूपेंसी सर्टिफिकेट नहीं दिया है। यहां पार्को की घास सूख रही है। इसके अलावा गंदगी के ढेर लगे हुए हैं। इन सभी समस्याओं को यहां के लोग लगातार बिल्डर कंपनी के सामने उठाते रहे थे। किंतु कोई समाधान नहीं हुआ। आखिरकार रविवार को सैकड़ों लोगों ने एकत्र होकर बीपीटीपी पुल पर जाम लगा दिया और प्रदर्शन किया। इन लोगों ने बिल्डर कंपनी के खिलाफ नारेबाजी की। प्रदर्शन में महिला व बच्चों ने भी बढ़-चढ़कर भाग लिया। कुछ बच्चों व महिलाओं ने हाथों में थाली व चम्मच ले रखी थी और जोर-जोर से बजा रहे थे। वहीं कुछ ने हाथों में स्लोगन लिखी तख्तियां ले रखी थीं। जाम करीब दो घंटे तक लगा रहा। पुलिस व प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों ने मौके पर पहुंचकर लोगों को समझाया और उनकी समस्याओं के निदान का भरोसा दिया। इसके बाद लोगों ने जाम खोल दिया। जाम के दौरान बाइपास पर वाहनों की कतार लग गई। इससे लोगों को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ा।

We 140 People visited to BPTP Gurgaon office on 17th September’2014 and raised up our voice against the stoppage of work at site since more than past one year, Bhavna Puri told us that she will update us the construction plan by end of Dec’2014. But there is no clarity of the construction work starting & ending deadlines.
We clearly told her that we cannot give you that much of time, so we allowed her to start work maximum by 30th September,2014, we have given memo also to them and Bhavna Puri signed that, otherwise we all approx. 6000 buyer (from BPTP Park Elite, Park81) will come to BPTP office, Gurgaon on 1st October and we will protest there.

Dear friends,
I humbly request all of you to reach BPTP Gurgaon office on 1st October at 10:00 AM if you really think that BPTP playing game with our money and they do not have any intention to complete our project.

You people also know that how they have increased price in terms of Super build up area, EEDC, PLC, etc. If we all more than 5000 people will go there then they will have to start work immediately and also we will ask them to revert all the increased price which they charged us illegally.
As we aware that BPTP has already sold their Gurgaon office.
If you think that our protest will help us to get our houses , then please come & join us on 1st October,2014 @10am.
