Possession Letters for Park Floors 1 and 2

Hi All,

I spoke to BPTP today and they said they have offered possession to a few Park Floor 1 allotees, has anyone received any information. They also mentioned that they are offering possession in phases and the next phase is slated for Oct/Nov.

As we have all learned that BPTP cannot be taken at face value, I wanted to check if anyone heard or received anything from them. Please update the forum so we can all check and learn. Please also discuss any additional charges that they are levying.

Thanks for breaking the news...

Just to update, till date i have not received letter of possession from BPTP.

Further, request other allottees of BPTP PF-1 to update their status w.r.t. possession letters.

i have called BPTP customer care for the possession letter . the executive informed that they are giving in batches ............but i have not received any letter till date. I request other flat holders of PF1 to keep updating on the same

Few days back , Email sent to bptp 2 times but still no reply regarding possession Letters

I have spoken and also sent an email. The official reply on email is:

In reference to your trailing mail, we would like to inform that we shall for offering possession be in a position to send the offer of possession letter for the project ‘Park Floors-I’ once we receive the completion certificate from the Competent Authority for the said project. Most likely we shall be able to initiate possession in the said project by 4th quarter of 2012 only after receiving the completion certificate. We shall keep you posted with the updates on the above accordingly.

On the phone i was told
possession being started to offer to very few.....when asked abt final payment for 2BHK it comes in the range of 4Lacs + !!
reason told that bptp has been asked to built substations and other utilities and govt will only provide the "Equipment" !
