BPTP emerging as major cheater in naharpar area. today they are launching new booking for elite floor but people like me are still awaiting for there allotment after paying them huge amount(35% of total value),they are enjoying our money from two years.Even they are not listening to our complaints. any body can suggest me what we can do against these fraud.

I have booked a flat in the scheme "Low Rise Apartments", named:- BPTP Park Elite Floors in Naharpar area Faridabad. I booked the same in May 2009. I paid 2 installments (4,03,000/-) , timely and without any miss as directed by company. Earlier, company had set a payment of 25% (4,03,000/-) of Basic price (16.08 Lakh) for the allotment of any unit (Which I already paid)... however, after that, company changed its policy to pay 35% for the unit allotment. Which most the people couldn't bear (including me) and failed to pay another installment. BPTP, then, did not allotted me any unit.

Since then, I have not been given any concrete answer on when the Unit will be allotted to me. Every time I call the customer care they give us one simple answer ... "Sir, you will get the allottment, but there is no time period.... it could be 5-6 months or 5-6 years"

Now, when the property prices have risen to almost double in that area.... company officials are saying to withdraw/surrender the booking with 8% annual interest on the invested installments. Even then the Property Dealers are asking for money (to issue NOC letter). In a nutshell, all who have paid BPTP their all hard earned money, BPTP officials are using for own purposes. The fact is, on the one hand BPTP is not allotting the units to rest of the people, however, on the other hand, BPTP has been successfully introducing other housing scheme within NAHARPAR area.

When i discussed this issue with one of my relative. Then, after discussing with very reputed person, he told me that it is not mandatory that if you booked a flat in faridabad then you will get allotment in faridabad only, they can allot you flat whereever they want..

Please Help:

We have been suffering from this serious issue for the last 2 years (approx)... and the issue is becoming more serious day-on-day. The ultimate party who is in loss is the general Public and these big companies are ruining us. They do whatever they want to.

Thru your amazing program, would like you to please please please help us getting a solid answer from BPTP officials so that the people who were not allotted any unit so far, can be allotted a unit asap. Believe me, this is very hard earned money...

"We do not want our capital back with 8% interest... we want our right to have 1 unit allotted"
