Let us meet at 12 PM. It will be easy for every one to reach there by that time. Also send the list of phone numbers so that we can co-ordinate.

Dear Friends

The time has now being shifted to post lunch (2 PM) since the reporter has a dental appointment. I think this will be convenient for most of us, where we can finish our work and reach the BPTP site office at 130 PM and plan what we talk to the reporter.

It is important that we convey the broader picture and talk in the same voice. We should at all costs refrain from airing our personal and individual problems with BPTP. Media is always interested in matters which concerns the masses...in our case 4000 odd buyers of Elite Floors.

People who know buyers from other BPTP projects can inform them about the meeting on Friday. They too can air their common issues, this will add more credibility to our claims.

Please post your comments.

Regards

Dear Vijender Ji

Thanks for the initiative. This would certainly be of great help.

I'll be present there for sure. So are you guys making the payment for the
increased area or holding on to it?

Hello Jatin Ji

I am not paying the amount as of now. I would rather sacrifice the 5% discount and push for BPTP to withdraw it.

What BPTP is doing is certainly unethical but I dont know whether it is illegal or not. As per my conversations with Vinita, when I asked her when was the new plan sanctioned, she said that there was no new plan. Very conveniently she said that the advertisement specifically said FAR+Balcony price (which was ok to lure all of us). Now the company has just added the common area to the super built up area. Now since we have signed the agreement, we are bound by the terms and conditions. When I told her that this looks deliberate on part of the company, she said 'No sir, this is as per the company policy'. Then I told her this...the demand letter says that 'with construction at an advanced stage upon remeasurement....' and from the current conversation it looks like you always knew, she kept on bringing the agreement into the picture. Certainly this is cheating (not sure if it is in legal terms because we signed what we signed).

So the loss would be not just 5% discount but the interest that starts building up as well. I feel just getting this thing into the media alone would not help us unless followed by a legal action. BPTP is already aware how the customers are feeling and it doesn't care. Unless there is a legal action, the 18% interest meter wont stop.

Can someone please update on the legal action that was being planned?

well we all have the right to do things the way we want to. For all you know nothing will solve our problems with BPTP. That does not mean that we will stop making efforts.

According to recent judgement of Supreme court builder can not sell common area.

How they can add common area then?

They are cheating 4000 customers at a time and 150-200 sq ft increase for each is not possible.

Hi

I am not sure how many people will turn up...I have sent emails to almost 100 people. It will be a good idea if the media team can send out messages. The more the better.

Hi Vijender
I would suggest you may send mail to all to confim you on mail/forum for their participation on Friday and come along with documentary evidence.
You should also compile one set of coomon draft for your grivenances and with evidence/supportive reference that you can distribute to onspot media team.Same can be shared with core@myfaridabad.in and we will send GFWA invitation to other media guys on BPTP issues with your drafted letters, evidence to take you BPTP guys bytes on Friday.
