neeraj OC is for entire PF1 project (as all towers are completed) - but its called part because in the same adjacent land (same license) Sentosa Project will be constructed so part OC is for full PF1 project but for part license. OC copy is shared and can be found here in this forum .

Dear Friends,

Completion of the the project does not really mean that OC is applicable for the entire project. OC can be granted partly means the part of the project is HABITABLE and OC is granted for that portion only.
Act states that unit/tower can only be occupied once OC is granted to the unit/tower.

Therefore grant of part OC means part of the project is habitable and possession/occupying on other part of the units/towers is illegitimate in nature.

The same can be confirmed from Town & Country Planning department.

BPTP has got OC for its Park Floor1 project in Sector 77, also its License has been extended till 2-12-15.

PF1 is situated in Sector 77 whereas PF 2 is situated in Sector 76.

A copy of the OC which is available online is of poor quality and a Better copy can be obtained from DTP,Fbd. vis RTI.

- OC was granted for 20 towers on Dec 13, 2013

The OC was granted for towers A1 to A4, B1 to B2, C1 to C12 and D1 to D2. Whereas the numbering on ground is A,B,C,D,E,F----

But the good news is that all the towers have got OC.

Its a very Good news for PF1 in Sector 77 Buyers- Congratulations.

Approx 20 families are living (legally)in PF1 already whereas 30 Families have been Located illegaly by BPTP in Sector 76 PF1.

Can someone who has taken possession in PF1 please share about their experiences and timelines involved.

Is it the still shady Offer of Posession for FITOUTS or finally the genuine Offer of Possession?

Also approx how much has been the demand and extra shocks in it.

Is BPTP also paying up its penalty for late possession?

BPTP is ifferering possession letter for their Villa ( F & G Block) in Sector 88 & 89. Many of the villas have already been registered. When we ask BPTP for the OC they reply that it is under process. I understand that OC is pending due to non deposite of labour cess to the department.
Cna some one comment what is the status now?

Hi , same with me. They only say that approvals are in place without mentioning OC .

It also seems odd that very few PF II owners are raising their voice.

BPTP has already offered possession of may Villas in F & G Block sector 88 and most of the villa owners have got their villas registered. Three to four Viullas are occupid in F Block and one villa is occupied in G block.

I am anot aware of that BPTP has obtained OC for their Villa Project. If we enquire from BPTP, they do not reply.
Has some one have any idea regarding the OC? If the OC is not received what are the problems ahead? Does it make habitation illegal? How can we compell BPTP to obtain the same ? Please Suggest
