BPTP Park 81 Independent Floors

Hi,

I am planning for buying a Floor in BPTP Park-81. I am ready to wait for the possession until 1 or 1.5 years.
Please suggest if I should go for a floor in this amenity.
Had a few more questions-
- What are the chances of BPTP demanding more money (how much?) at the time of possession?
- Are there any legal actions stopping the project work until now and in future as well?
- What are the prospects of getting the possession until 2016?

Dear all. Can any one knows that OC or CC is obtain by BPTP for on going posstion and registry of independent floors in park 81 project. Registry can be done without oc.
