Here is demand letter for additional EDC, STP and electric substation:-
"Please note further that vide Memo No. HUDA.CCF.ACCTT-I-2011/17903 dated May 25, 2011, the Government of Haryana has revised the EDC charges in respect to the licenses granted by the Director Town and Country Planning, Haryana (“DTCP”) in Faridabad w.e.f. 2005 retrospectively. In view thereof, the EDC amount payable by you against the said Plot also raised. The payment made by you on account of EDC was based on the interim rate applicable for the year 2005 of Rs. 1,024/- per sq. yd., which now stands revised to Rs.39.76 lacs per acre retrospectively w.e.f.2005. Thus, on account of the said increase, your EDC stands revised to Rs. 2,578/- per sq. yd. (Rs.3,083/- per square meter).
Further, as you are aware that Parklands is the biggest residential plotted colony being ever developed by a private developer in Faridabad in the Naharpar area and we are in the process of delivering the physical possession of flats, plots, commercial units and floors, in a phased manner all across the Parklands, Faridabad. In compliance of the various approvals and sanctions granted by various authorities for undertaking the development of the Parklands, Faridabad, we have been obligated to develop the Sewerage Treatment Plant as well as the Electric Sub-Station of 220 KV in the project and therefore as per the terms of the Plot Buyer Agreement we request you to further pay a sum of Rs.4,99,490/- towards setting up a Sewerage Treatment Plant and an Electric Sub-Station.
In view of the above, please find attached herewith the demand letter for revised EDC as well as the charges for setting up a Sewerage Treatment Plant and an Electric Sub-Station.
The statement of account including the demand as mentioned above is enclosed herewith.
You are requested to make payments as per the statement of account to avoid further accrual of interest and holding charges and we shall be executing and registering the conveyance deed of the above referred plot in your favour shortly after receipt of the complete amount."
