Dear BPTP members,

Unless all members come forward and take a collective decision, no concrete steps can be taken.

We have several BPTP members on this forum, however I believe there is also a larger group of BPTP members in a separate BPTP group on yahoo or google groups. If we have any member from myfaridabad.in who is also part of that group, please come forward and share your views if any action is being planned. I would request BPTP members to first try to consolidate all members in a single location so that some positive steps can be taken.

It would not be right if the actions taken by GFWA and the BPTP group contradict each other and no support is received by GFWA. It would be like the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Someone from BPTP should take initiative to bring all members on the same platform.

Hi

Here are some actions you can take

1. File your complaints to DTCP, mark a copy to DC
They may not do any action, but you would have a point that this was brought to attention of authorities
2. File RTI and retrieve the sanctioned plan for your project, Enquire if this was ever changed since submission. I am attaching RTI draft for RPS Savana, which you may use
3. BPTP is a large project, and there will be large number of impacted families, Get together and conduct meeting at regular intervals and appoint some leaders, GFWA can include these people in our day to day communication in the core group.
4. Consider filing a case in State Commission or National Commission.

Trust me, Someone among you will have to take a lead, There are enormous people around to assist you, GFWA will provide all support, But we have limited resources, Hence for Builder specific issues, We will do all possible to assit you, but the front runner have to be someone amongst you.

hi BPTP- Park Floor Users

I agree with you, you need to get united and make strategy based on your analysis.

This is not the case with BPTP only, almost all builders are doing the same and we had made complaint to DC and DTP for the same.

In SRS, they increased the area at the time of possession only and same is the case of Omaxe.

Even Puri increased the area by more than 100sqft and yet to offer possession.

It is one or the other builder, same story with all and they are doing malpractices as they want and changing layout and other details as per their benifits.

If you go our earlier media communications, we already highlighted that issue.

But again, I'm requesting you to make complaint to DC and DTP, because if u have done that u are in somewhat strong poistion and even can file case also. If you directly go to some other option, every one will ask, have you contacted DTP, or DC for their action.

Also, whenever you are making complaint to DTP or DC, pls make cc to : CM -Haryana, Town and County Planning-CHD and send them your complaint by post.

Whenever we are giving Media feed, we need to give all details like our correspondance with concern authority and their reply. If no reply, then we need to quote accordingly.

If you know, we had meeting on 19th Jun and Live India covered our meeting at Town Park, but they did not telecast that recording, because there were no Govt reply on our meeting. They called DC- Dr Praveen Kunar for his comment on our issues and after that only they telecaseted that clipping.

We can take up your issue with Print media, but they need proofs.
Bfore publishing somthing like this, they need to keep records so that opposite party can't claim for misquoting the information.

I'm ready to support all the way to take up your issue to Media and get it published.

If you say, I can fix a time with Live India Correspondance to have Interview with you or your team, so that you can berif them accordingly.

We will try to contact Aaj Tak, for their review.

In case of any help required, pls send me mail at my mail ID.

regards

Thanks Bharat for sharing, yes infeact we also received demand for increased 157 sqr feet in BPTP Sector 76 Park Elite floor, seems they really want to churn more money form existing customers. Though till date I did not sign the agreement and I now received addendum, I alreday raised few concern with BPTP on few agreement points which were replied by them and now with increased area demand am again going to write back to them with objections I have but yes you are right we all should stand together to raise our voice against this kind of frauds and cheating.

Hi Friends,
It was good initiative we have taken on today evening. I would request all of you to share your contact detail and meet on Thursday evening for deciding the strategy. I am sending them legal notice and some of our friends has done it and received formal reply. This will be a base for moving into consumer court. If you can ask the builder about the new increased dimensions of super built-up area, ask them to give it in writing along with approved floor layout plan. Then we will collectively move to court. Lets not give up due to lack of time as we all are working and don't let the builder take the undue advantage from innocent customer because if we will silently pay this demand, there will be again 10-20 % rise in the cost at the time of possession on account of escalation of cost of raw material as mentioned in the agreement. The builder has forced us to sign the addendum which contains the definition of super built-up area and by exercising the same clause, this unjustified demand has been raised. So its time to fight against the builder or pay as much money as u can without criticizing others. Decision is yours.

If anyone want to meet and give any valuable suggestion, call us on my no.

Hello Friends!
I had mailed to BPTP for clarifications of this unjustified demand.
Today morning I got their response but in that they did not
clearly specify the reasons of this increment. Their reply mail
says (I have forwarded this mail from BPTP to core@myfaridabad.in
and manish.gupta@myfaridabad.in)

"We would like to inform you that the area sold at the time of booking
were tentative and are subject to change. Accordingly the super build up
area of your unit stands revised from 1,203 Square foot to 1,394 Square
foot . Kindly refer to clause No. 1.8 of the Buyers Agreement/addendum to
the buyers agreement wherein it is clearly communicated that the super build
up area is on the basis of tentative layout plan and are subject to change.
We would also request you to visit our Gurgaon office in case you want to
check the measurement of the increased area or you may visit to site.
As per the compnay , we will not be able to provide any kind of extension in
making the Payment ......"

It seems that this answer is just an eye-wash. Can somebody clarify that
if we want to file RTI, it has to be sent to BPTP office(RTI dept) or somewhere
else.

We can do one more thing. We should mail to as many print and electronic
media persons about this issue so that they realize the importance of this
issue.

Will it not be fruitful that all of the BPTP Elite Floor users (which have got
affected or very soon will be affected) gather on this Saturday (In gurgaon
office or in Faridabad itself) for demonstration against this demand. Media
should be called and some memorendum etc is given to high authorities
like DC etc. Media will come only when it will get a gathering of good number.

I have drafted a letter to editor to be sent to various newspapers.
You may also send such letters to media persons...

Dear All Elite Floor Buyers,

Please see the Application Form and If anybody don't have then please download from site.

In the application Area was Buildup Area not Super Buildup Area. At the time singing the Builder Buyer Agreement it converted into Super Buildup Area and customer was not choice to correct it.

What ever documents got sigh and all was under undue influence.

Please read carefully and can discuss with layer.

We are trying to go legal and requesting to all flat owners provide full detail along with mobile no. so that we can contact. AND make a strong move otherwise it will prove like 1857.

I would like to request to every flat owner , please join hands and coordinate each other to convert in big community.

Big is always in safer side.

Thanks
