New heights possession is expected by April end or may 1st week for Bloomberg. what is OC?

dear all omaxe has offered possesion and EEDC case is still pending in court and HUDA will decide post court decision ideally we must ask Omaxe to refund our EEDC paid.
i am also forcing them and they verbally confimred that same will be refunded to buyers once HUDA finally decides on EDC post court decision.

please Omaxe to refund or atleast give this in writing...i am also awaiting there reply over email
