Omaxe New Heights poor construction quality

I am owner of flat in Omaxe new heights, i have visited my flat for having possession , and found that the tiling done on floor is totally unforgivable.

Details - First Omaxe was using 605mm tiles for flooring , now they have no stock of those tiles size (605mm) , so they are using 600mm tiles which is creating a noticeable Gap between tiles and look ridiculous. They told us that they will fill the grouting of same color, which look to me as just white cement. It will turn black in 2 months when your living in your flat and look awful. I talked to onsite engg. and GM , they denied to redo the tiling which is not acceptable if you are paying 35 to 57 lac for flat. Means you will have to invest more on flooring to in future. I would like to know what other investor think of this ?
