Fraud and loot through Power Supply in Omaxe Heights

Dear Residents,
Omaxe heights residents are cheated and looted with the joint venture of Omaxe and facility Plus everyday through the power supply to the society. They are running power supply on DG whilst the Grid power is available and charging the residents for DG charges of Rs 12 per unit regularly. From last one week residents have noticed and started checking the power supply station and caught them red handed but still they give some or the other excuse and putting 3 times more power charges than the normal grid charges to the residents.

Despite the fact that residents have caught them red handed several times, they are still not avoiding the same and forcing the residents to pay the hefty charges of DG power. Their is no redressal to our problems and they keep giving some or the other reasons like there is some testing going on, there is a load balancing problem and it gets trip etc etc. When residents asked the operator that why they are doing such fraud they simply say that we are doing whatever has been told to us by management.They are also not maintaining the complete logs of the power supply and running the entire show by their own wish. Residents are cheated and looted forcefully and their seem to be no solution from either Omaxe or facilty plus. On top of that their Radius billing system is not upto the mark and most of the time it dont give the correct data.

Their was a long standing meeting late night yesterday with the local officials and they simply said that its a maintance work and we are working on this issue to resolve. When RWA president spoke to a senior official, we were assure that they will get the power supply automated however this is again one of the several promises that they have made since more than one year and nothing seem to be working on the ground. I request all the residents to get unite against this open loot and save their precious money and peace. I have created a Facebook account by the name of "Omaxe Heights faridabad" and request all the residents to connect, Share their issues and ideas and work together to resolve this open loot by the builder and facility vendor.
