I have come to know from One of my acquintance that for the 2BHK flats Omaxe have stated sending the Possesion letters. Yesterday my friend has got the same....So 2bhk owners just seek for it .

Thanks Nitin for the link. Its good to see that the appts look ready for possession and quite neat also. Has anyone personally visited the site recently? Omaxe is not replying to my repeated emails on possession date, has anyone got the possession letter yet?

Good to see that the meeting has been planned and someone on my behalf will be attending the meeting. I am sure you guys will have all the points listed with you for discussion with VP, Omaxe. Lets ask all the members to list down the points here before we actually proceed with the meeting. Some of the points are:-

1. Delay in possession
2. Penalty clause & penalty to be settled in the last installment
3. Quality of construction
4. Availability of basic amenities in the apartments

Please gather more points in this forum so that the agenda is clear to everyone attending the meeting.

Hello All,

There was a meeting with Omaxe officials on 29th Jan.2011 at Omaxe Heights, Sec-86, Faridabad.
More than 100 house-owners of omaxe heights were present. Omaxe has given some dates of possession. They have again given the possession date for four two-bedroom towers as 15th Feb.2011. Also, they have displayed billboards saying "possession started".
However, nothing worthwhile could be discussed as everybody wanted to vent their anger on delay in possession dates. We have decided to form a registered group and formally elect persons, who should discuss the matter with Omaxe.
E-mail id and phone numbers have been collected to communicate with the group.

Further detail shall be provided in due course.
