Hi,

Can anyone guide me procedure for filing RTI, as I wanted to find out whether Omaxe has received completion certificate or not. I went to their office today and they showed me a copy, but I am not convinced with that, because details like project name, sector number etc are not mentioned on it.

Hi..

For your reference, I am enclosing herewith the Format of the RTI Application.

You need to fill your Name, Address and your Questions in the Relevant Coloumn.

Thereafter, you need to file it in the Office of the HUDA after depositing the Fees of Rs. 50/-

Hi All,

I have bought a flat in resale in Omaxe Heights ( Eldelewiss - 905),in Aug'10.

Few days back i got the final payment demand letter post which, i also wrote to Omaxe with respect to similar concerns (Non applicability of delayed possession penalty & increased charges like poddem area , MCC),but have not rcd any reply,i have checked all the documents with me, and found no such Affidavit stating penalty will not be applicable in case of resale,also the Builder buyer agreement done with me, does not have any clause. i just seek advise from all of you since you have been active for quite some time with these issues.........Is there any chance, that we get the delayed possession penalty in case of resale too ? .... has anybody got any postive reply to this? please let me know and suggest what should i do????

Hi Vishal,

We all are in the same boat! they don't give any reply in mail, because then it becomes documented proof.

What you have to do is, you have to visit their office and verify the documents. They are having explanations to each and every amount they charged on us. When you submit your letter don't forget to take acknowledgement.

In my case also, I was not remembering giving such affidavit. But they have shown me when I asked for it, and the fact is it was signed by me only.

Hi All,

Please share in case somebody has already paid the final demand amount, as per OMAXE demand letter, without getting adjusted the Possesion penalty (Resale case).

This is important, as if any of us has already paid the same(implicitely accepting what r they imposing on us), Omaxe may quote it before others and their stand get further strenghthen.

Dear Vishal,

Many people have made the payment of final demand amount to Omaxe. We had discussed with people of legal background and came to a conclusion that before taking up the issues of penalty etc. at any other level, the demand of Omaxe is to be paid before the due date. However, the payment may be made under protest and receipt of the protest letter taken from Omaxe, to keep the issues alive.
