DEAR ALL

LATEST UPDATE ON OMAXE HEIGHT IS

1) Work again become very slow....

2) Due to pressure exerted on builders in month of March ..Omaxe has started the work in fast pace but i saw the downfall again.

3) Labour is busy in cleaning area of those 2bHK towers whose possession letter is sent.

4) Very slow work is going on in 3BHK flats.

5) Only foundation is laid of Club house which was completed last month only.

6) Roads to 2Bhk is completed internally by Omaxe.

7) More stress is in outer painting to lure the buyers even inside no work is going on

8) For Tuntex tower to meseturn work at snail pace.

9) Roads are patched by HUDA from Kheri pul Till sector 82

10) I am attaching few photos of Omaxe status...

Yesterday, I visited the site. I found only 3-4 workers for the 2 BHK flats who were also taking rest. I contacted the handover team, pls see below response...

Few months back some people had taken some initiatives and 30% work was finished in 3 months , 30% (Thanks to Jayanta & Team, now 90% work completed). The remaining 10% will take 3-4 months more. Everyone is silent now as we have given possesion of 8-10 towers. Pls wait for another 3-4 month for the possession of rest 2BHK towers....

Good News, I saw some workers were repairing the Neharpar Road...

Nitin, we need more active participation from Omaxe people. We have found that physical participation of Omaxe people in GFWA events are very less. I think we should learn from Vinita Ji who has added tremendous value to GFWA. But, she and GFWA need support of more people from Omaxe.

@Dheeraj: I am always there, Please let me ping as you planned something. I would suggest one more protest against all the builders.

@chaudharyvk: In a line, i want to convey that OMAXE delayed the possesion of rest 2BHK towers for more min 3-4 months... nd 3 BHK towers for min 6-8 months.

yes it is true that Omaxe has delayed the possession by about 8-9 months..
hope the possession will be rolled out for the remaining towers..

Dear all Omaxe flat owners,

U have to wait and watch more n more to get the possession of ur flats ..as Omaxe has very smartly given the offer of possession of few 2 BHK towers i.e Trump,High Cliff,Aurora,Eureka,Aigburth,Pacific,Edleweiss,Ritz and Grollo to make those people quiet who were shouting more. Now the matter is quiet for few months as after offer of possession also it takes around minimum 2 months to get the physical possession of the flat.
Omax has clearly said that other leftover 2BHK will get the offer of possession in 4 to 5 months and about 3BHK they are are saying 7 to 10 months( which i dont know how it is possible looking at their work speed) About penalty ..extra charges , podium etc ..u all know wat is happening. About club house they told minimum 7 months .
So dear all If you want to get the possession of ur flats before completion of this year ...we all have to unite like anythng...bcz all those who have got the possession letter i feel they will sit quiet now .

@nitinomaxe......If you are proposing protest against the builder ....you please take the charge of contacting atleast 10 people u know from Omaxe....and start the bell We all are going to support you.

@chaudharyvk......Hope is not going to work for u in giving u possession of ur flat on time.

Thanx for your responses I am getting from so many days either through phone or through Email.
Through your responses and mails myself and GFWA have come to know about so many malpractices been followed by Omaxe which is soon going to be heard.The list of complaints is not ending[/b]

1)Booking started before the approval of the project
2)Allottment done after 2 to 5 years of booking(BBA)
3)Penalty clause removed from new buyers agreemant
4)Change in the layout
5)Increase in Super area without changing common area
6)Charges for common Podium areas which is roof of covered car parking
7)Delay in possession for more than 14 months
8)High Electricity meter charges
9)Extra charges and fine for flat cancelled for previous buyer
10)Activation charges added for cancelled flat to previous owner
11)Not adjusting PLC of buyers whose green area is changed to generator area from 3rd floor onwards
12)Adding one more store in 3BHK flats
13)Stopped taking payment by protest
14) Taking affitdavit of "No claim in future from Omaxe" after taking final demand payment
15)Registeration letter send to 2 BHK flat owners to deposit registery money without having Occupancy certificate
16) Charging 15000 as a surcharge in doing registery
and more.......................infinite .....
Dear Omaxians without delay pls keep on sending your flat details with nature of complaint in this forum or mail to me so that we can unite together to show our strength in this forum and to District administartion Faridabad.
More are the number of repeated complaints more pressure will be there on administration and Builders too
