Good news for Omaxe heights people, I heard that there is a premium of 10 Lac for 2 BHK flat....

In case if Everything is in place like Electricity/Roads/Sewer.....We can expect the price to move northwards for most of the projects..

Need to work towards getting the basic amenities in place before the possession of other projects...
So lets unite guys...It will reap fruit in future...
