These are minority of buyers who have paid builder's illegal demands and strengthened Cheating by builder. For majority of buyers, fight for Justice continues in full momentum.

Well said Dheeraj . It is understandable if in absence of any organized movement & leadership if ppl may choose to pay illegal demands.
But in spite of the efforts made by Myfaridabad & other Piyush buyers, if someone still prefers to pay the demands, they are only encouraging the builder for doing bigger crime. Getting key is not ultimate escape; the builder will keep sucking Blood through hefty Maintenance charges & other costs. Who can ensure that tomorrow the builder will not revise the maintenance charges?

I agree with Dheeraj and others. We should stand united as we have been doing for these years. I am waiting for around 5 years now to get that key but not at the cost of illegal builder practice.

I am sure, all others who are united and fighting will be rewarded.
