The Occupation Certificate is different from those issued earlier.
- Mentions Composition charges for violation of sanctioned building plan..were these for procedural OR structural violations or rules/building bye laws?
- Deed of Apartment within one month from schedule prescribed in Haryana Apartment Owners Act is now an official duty to be ensured by the District Town Planner Faridabad. This will include share of Common areas and detail of common areas, declared by the builder.
- Provision for Water, Electricity, Sewerage/Storm Water is entirely the builders responsibility, irrespective of availability of external services from HUDA/HVPN.
- Electricity, water and sewerage connection to be applied by builder within 15 days of OC.
Secondly,
How can RPS deny access to OC?? Why is RPS being so secretive?
RPS buyers should file RTI and send a complaint separately to DTP Faridabad and DGTCP, against builder for not sharing the OC. Senior Town Planner/DTP/DTP(E) Faridabad and Municipal Commissioner Faridabad all must have received a copy of RPS OC, duly marked to them by DGTCP..
