Piyush Group Owner/Directors charged with Cheating, Criminal Intimidation, Breach of Trust

Serious Criminal Charges have been framed by Faridabad Court against Piyush Group Owners/Directors Anil Goel, Amit Goel and Puneet Goel. They have been framed under IPC Sections 420 (Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property), 406 (Criminal breach of trust), 506 (Criminal Intimidation) and 34 (Criminal Acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention). These criminal offenses provide for 7 years in Jail. These charges have been framed in relation to Piyush Heights project in Sector 89, Faridabad where Piyush Group is indulging in mass cheating and loot of money from flat owners. Cases against builders are being pursued by 200 flat owners in Piyush Heights jointly.

All are advised to stay away from any project being developed by Piyush Group as this group is synonymous with mass Cheating and Criminal activities.

I came to know that they are trying to charge for inter com ,WiFi and other unnecessary facilities which are not required. This absolutely a cheating and they deserved it.
