RTI reply for Occupation Certifcates of Piyush Heights

Received RTI Reply for Occupation Certificate Queries. Looks from RTI reply that DTCP Chandigarh is being manipulated by builder. I filed RTI application on 7th June 14 and delivered on 11th June 2014 which is clear from India Post Tracking

But, RTI reply mentions that my application is dated 01-Jul-14. Also, reply is dated 24-Jul-14 but it was not sent from Chandigarh till 04-Aug-14. Builder seemed to be working behind scenes in delaying.

Well RTI reply has information that we were expecting. OC for towers M,N and EWS flats was applied on 05-MAR-14 and OC for towers B & E was applied on 02-May-14. Occupation Certificates for these towers have not been granted till 24-Jul-14

RTI application asked following information:

Copy of applications with all supporting documents for towers M, N, B and E submitted by colonizer for getting Occupation Certificate(s).
Copy of all Occupation Certificate(s) granted to colonizer with all supporting documents and reports
Copy of replies if any given to colonizer by department with respect to colonizer’s applications for occupation certificate
Reasons and supporting documents for not issuing occupation certificate(s) to colonizer if any.

Please find attached RTI reply along with applications by builder. I am not re-attaching OCs of F, G, H, O,P, D which is already on builder site
