Construction Updates for Piyush Heights Dec 10

Piyush Heights 3 BHK towers F, G and H are moving towards completion and possession is expected in around 3 months. All works on these towers have been completed. Johnson lifts have also come and soon to be installed. Internal development works are underway with borewells being installed.

Question: Is it possible for me to move into my flat after possession? What do you say? Piyush Heights project is on existing kheri road at Sector 89. But there are huge problems of infrastructure and I fear if I move in, I may have to quit my job.

That is great news and very positive progress for Piyush Heights. Initially you might face problems commuting to office, however I don't think you have to think about quitting your job. But the best part is, atleast you have a clear line of sight and you know that within 6 months you would be able to move in and plan accordingly.

I have visited piyush heights site on 16th feb...Construction progress is very slow...Kheri road condition is pathetic. No sign of any infrastructure development in entire neharpar area. I talked to the person of piyush heights at the site about the wordrobes and modular kitchen as promised by the piyush group, he told me that till that no idea about it .
