Recent development in Piyush Heights

Hello friends,

We came to know from other people that the directors of piyush group are in custody since 29.02.2013 and I am shocked to hear this.I always appreciated the efforts made by you people to make pressure on the group management but it seems that you are now making it a personal fight of ego.

I am unable to understand that what benefit we will achieve by keeping them in custody and seriously if the situation remained like this then our project will be in serious danger which is already on the verge of completion.

Brothers I also came to know that they have already given undertaking and affidavit to the DTP for withdrawal of that fitout letter and demand and it seems that they have understood the gravity of the issue. I further feel that we should finish this matter at the earliest to save the project as ultimately we want to reside in this project.

I hope you will appreciate my concerns.

This is the mentality that has to go away. You should not be the one who should be afraid of anything. The one who is in prison should be afraid and take necessary steps to pacify its angry customers. You seem to know a lot about things and this is your second post on the forum??

Why would anyone be shocked to hear a corrupt individual is Jailed ........ Further who can guaranty that once he is out, He will sweetly handle home keys without asking for undue charges

And sorry project is not on the verge of completion. Going by the current pace, it is at least 2-2.5 years from completion. They will raise such demands multiple times if left lightly.

No never, but they come up with might be some more new strategy to loot us. People like you only are reason we buyer are been exploited and you are who stops others to take action.

Aaapka flat no kya hai????, main bhi yehi kejna hai humein sabko mil kar in logon project pe dhyan dene ka mauka dena chahiye.

thanks for considering my post but i am deeply hurt by your negetive comments. i agree that if they are out then they may not hear us as i am presuming but please tell me whether keeping them in custody will solve our purpose? we want our flats and at least they now know that they cannot ignore our voice.

we are not fighters on country border. we have to take our flats and reside in it. fights have no end but peaceful resolution is always a better option. . . this is my thinking.

i am not afraid of anybody and i just want my flat . . . can u assure that if they remain in custody then i will get my flat ???

I don't know aapko pata hai ya nahi they have applied for licence renewal. When they are behind the bars. They did it in less than 1 month which they can't do in last 3 to 4 years. Aise hi aur development we will listen very shorly on Piyush Height project.

Before you ask of assurance of getting the flat.. may we know your participation in making efforts in getting the flat?
Kindly confirm the no. of times you have been to Piyush Office for putting pressure on them for project delivery?
Since when are you the member of this forum?

No one is taking sadistic pleasure in imprisonment of the Directors, hope you take a note of it. The fact is that there have been n no. of communication and efforts that has gone into this, and only then has this situation come when a case is filed.

Further, no one associated with the case or otherwise is free and available, whoever is associated with the case is losing the valuable time he/she should be with his/ her family, and not running around court or Piyush Offices.

Also, can you ensure that the Piyush Management will offer you keys the day they are out? if you could what was happening till this date?

Why would someone assure you about something when you are not with the masses? If you want your flat only, you should ask Piyush why they have not been giving to you for the last 6 years?

Amita, please be clear that there is no personal fight or ego. Buyers have been suffering for years and repeatedly looted by unfair demands, humiliated, harassed, bullied and frightened. If that was not enough, false criminal allegations were levied on buyers using forged documents who had given life time savings for project and paying EMIs/Rents. Seeing misery and loot of tax paying middle class, administration sprung into action and cases are registered by State of Haryana for justice. Bails are getting denied by Haryana Courts. With regards to fit out letters, there is still game being played by Piyush Group and no withdrawal letters are issued to any buyer. Moreover, for Piyush Group to be able to give possession of flat, it should have a valid licence and occupation certificate. Let us clear the facts now about licence:

1. Licence is expired for Piyush Heights since March, 2009. Repeated applications for renewal of licences were rejected by Director General, Town and Country Planning, Chandigarh due to non payment of EDC that was collected from home buyers. Piyush Customer Care says that they have applied for renewal of licence but that will also get rejected unless Piyush Management pays pending EDC (External Development Charges) which is used for developement of sector roads.

2. Also, Piyush Group is NOT the sole licence holder of Piyush Heights. Praveen Kumar is also the licence holder of Piyush Heights (about 8.5 acres land out of about 17.5 acres). This can be verified from Town and Country Planning website.

Nobody will be happy with the situation.It is time for Piyush Managemnt to understad the feelings of their customers and act fast on all fronts to give possession. Their positive actions can win the hearts of the customers. If they have not done anything wrong nobdy can put them behind the bars.

This is bizarre. This is for the second time a flat owner is not happy with efforts a few members are putting. Now, As GFWA members are getting some real success for the first time ever in Greater Faridabad and our own future neighbours are not happy with this. The builder have been ruining all of us for years now and when we are just asking for own rights there is disagreement amongst us. Piyush directors have chosen this situation, we didn't.

Amita Ji, If you have been deeply hurt by negative comment then I am even deeply saddened by your initial post. Please have faith in these guys. They also have stake in the projects. Rest assured we all will get our flats sooner than later!

I agree to comments of u ppl that all work has been done only in pressure but I accept coments of ms amita also & agree to it. I also feel that keeping them in custody will not give banefit to us anyway.
I am too angry with the demand made by them but I hav heard that the said letter has been withdrawn . . . anyway we can say a lot against them but we all want our flats and that cannot be done if they r made inactive.

I am afraid that their is infiltrataion by the builder lobby in our forum. These people can do anything for their benefit.

It is good to see that someone of that lobby is pleading to the costumers.
